I am really impressed with management here. Tracy is very professional. I would highly recommend this complex.

I’ve live on the property for a few years. Management is great. They are are always a phone call or just a walk to the office if you need help or assistance if something goes out or stops working in your unit. I’ve known Jamie and Tracy and love them both! They make sure the grounds stay nice and really make sure it’s a safe place to live.

Tracey is such an amazing property manager. I'm thankful she is as kind as she is professional. She makes sure to say hello as she's making her rounds around the complex. She encourages us all to work together to help keep the property picked up. Very blessed to be at the courtyards :)

I have been here for a while and management is great . Staff always has been helpful and taken care of my needs. I’m glad we have management that cares about everything looking neat and everyone on the premises being respectful makes living here super peaceful! It’s a good place to be.

Tracey the manager is so kind
Out of all the places I have been trying to Apply to Tracey has been so helpful and kind ! She made me feel welcome and she actually listened to me instead of passing judgment . I think all property managers should be more kind like Tracey ! She is one of a kind ! And definitely makes things a lot smoother she is easy to talk to and actually want to help tenants anyway she can ! Which I think is rare and makes her very special!

Tracy the manager is the absolute best and sweetest person I've met in a long time even being under pressure and short staffed in the office this woman deserves a RAISE. She is strict but caring and helped me and my family out so much. She is thorough and truly cares. Thank you so much for everything.
